S4 At Home

S4 At Home is an online Physical Education (PE) program designed for elementary school aged HOMESCHOOL STUDENTS.

S4 coaches will guide your young athlete through a virtual PE journey (24 Lessons) of learning and skill development, while sprinkling in some healthy competition and great fitness/health habits.

On top of being super fun and rewarding for our athletes, S4 At Home promotes improvements in areas such as: self-esteem, focus, and cooperation.

- 24 Video Module Lessons (done at your own pace)

- Required equipment is part of membership purchase (mailed to your address)

• 1 Jump Rope
• 1 Air Pump (+ pump needle)

**NOTE**: S4 At Home programming is most closely aligned with a Kindergarten - 2nd Grade PE curriculum but we've found that all elementary school ages (K-5th graders) find value and enjoyment in the program.
