Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below:

  • Full Refund: Registrants will receive a 100% refund if a cancellation request is submitted BEFORE June 28, 2026 (11:59pm).

  • Partial Refund: Registrants will receive a 50% refund if a cancellation request is submitted AFTER June 28, 2026 (11:59pm)

  • No-Shows / Early Withdrawals: Refunds are not provided for no-shows or for days missed once the camp week has begun.

    *Registrations made AFTER June 28 may be canceled  WITHOUT penalty if done so within 24 hours of processing.

- All cancellation requests must be made via email ([email protected]).

- Please provide the following in email: Camper Name, Camp Location, Camp Dates

- Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

 

Code Of Conduct

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to ensure a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all participants, and coaches involved in S4 Sports Academy’s enrichment programs. The behavior outlined here is expected to be followed at all times during after school, camps, and related S4 events.

 

By participating in the program, all individuals agree to uphold these guidelines and help create an atmosphere of respect and sportsmanship.

 

For Participants

1. Respect and Sportsmanship

  • Treat all participants and coaches with respect. 
  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship by accepting winning and losing gracefully. 
  • Support and encourage teammates; avoid negative behavior or language.
  • Always follow the instructions of S4 coaches and staff.

 

2. Fair Play

  • Compete to the best of your ability, but always in the spirit of fairness. 
  • Play by the rules of the drill/game and uphold the integrity of the competition. 
  • Avoid any form of cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct (e.g., arguing, taunting opponents) 

 

3. Safety and Health

  • Participate in drills/games with your health and safety in mind. 
  • Report any injuries to the coaches immediately.
  • Avoid behaviors that could cause harm to yourself or others (e.g., reckless actions, unsafe play).

 

4. Teamwork 

  • Work as part of a team, fostering an environment of cooperation and communication.
  • Respect team decisions and contribute to team goals both on and off the field/court.

 

5. Proper Use of Equipment

  • Athletes are responsible for using equipment only for its intended purpose. Any misuse, such as playing with or altering equipment outside its intended function, is prohibited. 
  • Do not engage in rough handling, throwing, or any form of reckless behavior that could put other athletes in danger or damage equipment. 

 

6. Bullying and Violent Behavior

  • Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind, whether physical, verbal, or emotional, will not be tolerated. 
  • Fighting, physical aggression, or any form of violent behavior, at any point during S4 programs, will not be tolerated. 
  • Any physical altercation, including pushing, shoving, or hitting, is considered a violation of the program's rules.

 

*NOTE: S4 RULES are outlined at the beginning of every S4 program and are referred back to throughout. 

 

 

Violation of Code of Conduct

  • Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including sitting out during class periods (10 -15 minutes), temporary suspension or permanent removal from the program, depending on the severity of the behavior.
  • Parents will be notified of escalating issues.
  • *Consequences of Fighting*
    • ANY athlete involved in a physical altercation will face immediate disciplinary action, which may include:
      • Removal from current class (automatic) 
      • Suspension from the program for a specified period
      • Permanent removal from the program, depending on the severity of the incident and any previous infractions

Mill Creek Academy Summer Camp 2026

Limited to 60 Campers Per Week — Weeks Will Fill 

S4 Summer Camp at Mill Creek Academy delivers the classic summer camp experience — high-energy games, structured team competitions, organized sports, and supervised free play in a safe, coach-led environment.

Designed for rising 1st–5th graders, campers are placed on color teams (Red, Blue, Yellow, Green) and compete all week long in sports, races, dodgeball, creative games, and more — earning points toward the S4 Championship Trophy.

Most families attend multiple weeks. Secure your preferred sessions early.

🎒 CAMP INFO

• Wear athletic attire
• Bring a refillable water bottle
• Lunch is not provided
• Camp is held primarily indoors (no more than 1 hour outside at a time)

 

 

❓FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do campers need to be experienced athletes?
No. Camp is designed for all ability levels. Our goal is to build confidence through effort, attitude, and teamwork.

Can we register for multiple weeks?
Yes — and most families do. Each week includes different competitions and team matchups.

Are single days available?
Yes. Single-day registrations are welcome. That said, the full-week experience allows campers to stay on the same team all week and compete for the S4 Championship Trophy.

What happens if a week fills?
Registration closes and a waitlist opens.
